How can I pay for an order on shop.europeantour.com?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. We do not currently accept Solo, Electron, AMEX and Diners Club cards.


Delivery

How long will I have to wait for my order to be shipped?

All orders are shipped within 3 – 5 working days. Refer to our shipping and returns page for more information.

Who will deliver my order?

Orders are dispatched using UPS or Royal Mail. Dependant on your country, a local courier company or postal service may deliver your order instead.

Which countries does shop.europeantour.com ship to?

shop.europeantour.com ships to all countries on the delivery dropdown upon checkout if your country does not appear on our dropdown please contact our customer services team for further information on how to ship your order.

How can I check when my order will be delivered?

You can always track your order using the track facility on the UPS website. You will find your tracking number on your confirmation email or within My Account on shop.europeantour.com. If you are still struggling to find your order, please contact our customer service team and they will be able to assist you.


Returns

How can I return an order bought from shop.europeantour.com?

All returns must be made within 14 days. Please refer to the returns and refunds section for a step by step guide to returning a product.

If I buy something as a Christmas present, what is your refund policy?

We realise that many items may be given as gifts at Christmas and therefore provide you with additional time to return the item(s) to us. Please refer to our terms and conditions.

Can I exchange a product bought on shop.europeantour.com?

We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you wish to return your item(s), please return your item using your local post office. You will be reimbursed for the item(s) when we receive the return.

I have received a faulty item, what should I do?

Our products are produced to the highest standards; it is unlikely that you should receive a faulty item. However, if this does happen, please return the item as soon as possible using your local post office. You will be reimbursed when we receive the return. Following investigation we will offer a full refund or a replacement item.

How do I know if my returned items have been received?

As soon as your refund has been processed you will be contacted by our customer service team.

Can I return a product that I have bought at a European Tour Event?

Unfortunately at this time we cannot make refunds or returns on merchandise bought outside of shop.europeantour.com
