Our fully trained team at the Level 4 head office will answer your enquiries. Level 4 are working in close partnership with the European Tour to ensure you receive excellent customer service.
Once received, goods that are not of satisfactory quality or not as described may be returned for a full refund. Simply return the items, in their original unworn condition and packaging, within 14 days of receipt.
Please note, the initial postage and packaging charge is only refundable for faulty goods or incorrect orders. If an item has been incorrectly purchased such as the size or colour there will be a further charge for postage. The cost of this will match that of your previous postage amount. This can be found on your invoice and will be payable via cheque. Please make cheques payable to Level 4 Golf Online.
We are not able to refund or replace personalised garments unless they are faulty.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world using UPS. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
